Concept G Debate at the Charrette

The development proposed for the northwest corner of 6th and Garfield is the subject of a spirited debate at the Nashville Charrette, including lectures that "Concept G" critics should just be thankful that developers can even bear to set foot in Salemtown. One rather enlightened approach advocates tearing down 95% of the neighborhood down and starting over.

  1. Spirited indeed, but it's still just the tired old "developer meets neighborhood" debate. This grouthaus sounds like a looney toon.
