The Bound'ry Strikes Again

Well, that didn't last long. Midtown residents tell me that Bound'ry owners have once again imposed their "concept" on the neighborhood by turning their music amps out toward the street over the weekend, even as they were cited last Thursday for violating the noise ordinance at South Street restaurant.
