Tough Times for Chattanoogan Renters

Incomes are not keeping pace with rising rents. And the city's voucher program for minimum wage workers is closed. I would guess that we are about to see a spike in Chattanooga's crime rate. Minimum wage paying the rent? Yeah, right.
